Bisul strike

My little girl has an abscess a.k.a bisul at her outer ear..We brought her to Az Zahrah Hospital on Sunday (7/3/10) to get it treated..Unfortunately, the Dr said the only way to get it treated is by having a minor surgery done by a surgeon as she is still a small whining baby plus the chance that she will be mengamuking struggling all along the process is definitely 100%! Thus, they must put her on a forced sleep throughout the required process..

The appointment was set for the next day.. Little Hannah must not eat or drink anything, from 10am onwards.

On Monday, we went back to the hospital to serve the ultimate purpose..To get little Hannah's ear cut and slash!! Pheww...

As we reached the hospital, little Hannah was sent to her room and she had to wait for her scheduled surgery at 2pm..Knowing our little daughter very, very well, we requested to bring her back so at least she can have a good rest in her beloved stinky pinky buai for the next 3 waiting hours.

1pm, we headed back to the hospital for the moment of the truth..

Little Hannah has sensed some fishy things right at the moment we took off her shirt and changed it with the hospital's soo-not-fashionable-greeny-shirt..And as I already anticipated, she screamed to her last voice when I handed her to the nurse.. Like there is no other day called tomorrow for her..

To my surprise, the surgery which conducted by Dr Hassan, took just less than 15 minutes..Hannah was brought out from the operation room fully awake and of course, all crying and screaming!! I was so grateful that they just used a very minimum quantity of sleeping gas to my baby..

Few hours later, little Hannah was discharged from the hospital..with the wounded ear.. and groggy eyes...

My poor little baby..Please don't get mad at us..Mummy and Ayah did it out of love..

You will understand it..One day!

"Lesson learnt, syringe is totally inedible.."

A doctor wannabe..Who wants to be the patient..? I'll inject your as*..

Minum dengan gaya acrobatic..with a nice gold plastics anklet..(tu jelah yg mak ko mampu belikan...)

First fever..The chronology

15.10.2009, Thursday... (day 1)

Little Hannah already in her deep sleep when mummy realised she was a bit hot than usual. That might explained why she had thrown up earlier..

Mummy finally have to admit that her little girl was having a FEVER!! And this time, it's for real..

..for her first time ever
..for my first time ever as a mother
..after almost 7 months
..at this late at night
..while Ayah gone out-station

Sought for advices..

Mummy just monitored Little Hannah's temperature and did some sponging over her body..

With one HOPE..the fever will be gone soon.



16.10.2009, Friday... (day 2)

She still had the fever..

Mummy took EL today..

Brought Little Hannah to Pusat Rawatan Islam Az-Zahra, Bangi to see one of the pediatrician there..

Hannah been diagnosed for a VIRAL FEVER..Been prescribed few meds..

On the way back, dropped by Acik An's place to get some hot porridge, special made for Little Hannah..

Little Hannah had the porridge half-heartedly, followed by the meds.

The fever still..

Her temperature exceeded 38c most of the time..

Ayah reached home late at night and went to greet her..she just gave him an empty look, not happy nor sad.. Maybe she was trying to tell ayah that she was in pain..

The temperature still high even after she took the meds..

A friend in need is a friend indeed..Little Hannah never left the greeny giraffe regardless her condition..

17.10.2009, Saturday... (day 3)

Ayah & mummy decided to have a second opinion on Hannah's persisting fever. This time we brought her to Pantai Medical Centre, Bangsar.

In the ER, her temperature once reached nearly 40c..

She had been given the rectal suppository, yet still the temperature increased..Nurse did the sponging..

Little Hannah admitted.

Again, she's been diagnosed for a viral fever..(What kind of virus is this really...!!?)

Lethargic little Hannah is resting..
Little Hannah was accompanied by mummy and Ayah all night long..

Around 4am another rectal suppository inserted, due to high temperature.


17.10.2009, Sunday... (day4)

Little Hannah occasionally catch the fever now ..

The pediatrician came to visit @ noon..Ayah & mummy asked to monitor her condition at home..

Little Hannah been discharged.

Still clingy..
Back at home, she caught another high fever..Gave her medicine and also used the rectal suppository to bring down the heat..

That was the last time she had the fever since. Alhamdulillah, praise be to Allah..

But that night, Little Hannah showed another fever symptom..Mummy was scared to death..

Notes..
Alhamdulillah, Little Hannah has fully recovered from the fever, only now come the rashes.. Anyway mummy still grateful..

Should see how she babbling in her husky voice...so sexy.. ; )

Little Hannah just turned 7 months recently..Happy birthday to you princess..

Cruel mother

Why it took me so long until I realised it...My little baby is suffering from a fungal infection.!!!

It's so sickening to think the fact that those fungus have been parasiting on my baby's FACE all this while just right in front of my own FACE!! And I couldn't recognise it more than a mosquito bite!!! It took my instinct about 1 week to feel something was not right somewhere..How could you Noa..

Forgive me my dearly Hannah.. Forgive me for my negligence..Mummy pray for your fast recovery..Hope your face can make it for this coming Aidilfitri..Kalau tak, tak glamer la nanti.. : )
